2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When you access the site, Hetzner processes the technically necessary data on our behalf. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the provider.
3. Server log files
When you visit the website, information transmitted by your browser is automatically stored in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the page accessed, the referrer URL, and browser and operating-system information. This data is used for technical delivery, stability and security (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and is deleted after a short period.
4. Contact form
When you use the contact form, we process the data you provide: name, email address, company (optional) and your message. We use this data solely to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or contract) and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The enquiry is sent to us by email; for delivery we use IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, with whom a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place. To protect against spam we use a hidden field (honeypot) that collects no additional personal data.
We store your enquiry until it has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply. You may object to the processing at any time.
5. No cookies, no tracking
This website uses no cookies and no analytics, tracking or advertising services. No usage profiles are created and no data is passed to third parties for advertising purposes.
6. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” prefix in your browser’s address bar.
7. Your rights
Within the statutory limits you have the right at any time to:
- access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
